Adult Disability Payment consultation
Adult Disability Payment is a new Scottish benefit which will replace Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and be delivered by Social Security Scotland. This form of assistance is provided to disabled individuals between the ages of 16 and state pension age to mitigate the additional costs of living with a disability or health condition. As soon as we hear when this new benefit is available and the details of how it works, we will add information to this page.

Rebates / Reductions / Discounts on Council Tax
Council Tax Reduction is a replacement for Council Tax Benefit which was abolished in 2013. The Scottish Gov allowed councils to raise the rates of the higher bands only. The CTR allows you to get a full or partial rebate on any raise if you have an income below a certain level.
